Founder / President
Cristine has a proven track record of driving integrated media campaigns in a variety of industries. Her more than a decade of experience in the television industry gives her a unique ‘inside the vendor’ perspective in leveraging media partners. And her professional network of industry experts, helps CMT extend campaign reach and maximize client budgets. In her spare time, she serves on the board of Providence House and Womankind.
Director of Digital
Kate’s focus is all things digital. From paid search, to social media, to digital display, Kate is a seasoned digital campaign advisor who is always on top of the latest offerings and trends. In addition to her extensive digital expertise, Kate also has deep experience planning, buying, and managing traditional campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Kiersten runs the social practice at CMT. An expert in both organic and paid social media strategies, she has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries, from local furniture stores to national healthcare magazines. Kiersten also manages many of CMT’s accounts and is a whiz at keeping projects on time and on budget and keeping our clients happy.
Megan McTighe focuses on project management at CMT. Megan ensures projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and communication is clear between clients, vendors and staff. Her Master’s degree in PR and advertising provide her the background to bring innovative ideas and extreme attention to detail to all clients.
A nationally-acclaimed copywriter and creative director, Mike has more than 25 years of experience working with both B2B and B2C brands. Mike’s work has been recognized for creative excellence and effectiveness by Communication Arts, The National Addys, and The London International Film Festival, among others.
