Account Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and organized individual with strong communication skills that will help our business ascend to the next level. Job duties include administrative and customer service responsibilities to support our staff.

This is an entry-level role and a unique opportunity to work for a firm that emphasizes employee development and presents opportunities for advancement. The Account Coordinator role is a full-time M-F position that offers a hybrid work schedule with 1-2 days at home and 3-4 days working in our Lakewood office.

Day-to-day tasks include the following:

  • Prepare account service-related documents such as agendas, reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence
  • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and calls
  • Review vendor quotes and verify production specifications
  • Creating and providing feedback on project estimates and timelines
  • Fielding and processing internal information requests
  • Maintain work-in-progress records and archives of past project information
  • Bachelor’s degree (four year college or university) in Communications, Marketing, Business and/or related field
  • High competency with computer and software skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel) and Google Drive
  • Organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while attending to the needs of clients and staff to continually seek ways to add value to client-agency relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned clients’ industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plans

Social Media Strategist

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and organized individual with strong communication skills that will help our business ascend to the next level. The Social Media Strategist is responsible for developing content strategy for our B2B and B2C clients, implement and monitor social media marketing for our clients, and support the team through excellent communication and writing skills.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a firm that emphasizes employee development and presents opportunities for advancement. The Social Media Strategist role is a full-time M-F position that offers a hybrid work schedule with 1-2 days at home and 3-4 days working in our Lakewood office.

Day-to-day tasks include the following:

  • Develop and drive process to manage a best-in-class social media practice including planning, content creation, publishing, community engagement, and reporting.
  • Identify trend and opportunities to leverage trends to increase outreach and engagement
  • Work with client to ensure continuous content innovation on owned client channels
  • Work with AE to ensure continuous content innovation across social media channels.
  • Work with AE to develop framework and set KPIs to measure the digital image of social media efforts
  • Monitor effective benchmarks of social media campaigns and compile reports for the team
  • Pull reporting data and prepare social reports. Work with AE to analyze insights/optimizations
  • Organic social media support with content creation, publish to social page(s) and preparing organic monthly reports with insights
  • Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university) in Communications, Marketing, Business, and/or related field
  • High competency with computer and software skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel) and Google Drive
  • 2+ years of experience in paid and/or organic social media strategy
  • Strong organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Open and eager to experiment with new tactics and platforms
  • Experience with social media content creation
  • Creativity and innovation in the social media space for B2B and/or B2C
  • Ability to translate data insight into tangible results
  • Eagerness to engage and build communities

Digital Media Buyer/Planner

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and organized individual with a solid knowledge of programmatic and partner-direct display that will help our business ascend to the next level. Job duties include responsibilities related to researching, building, and optimizing digital media campaigns.

This role is a unique opportunity to work for a firm that emphasizes employee development and presents opportunities for advancement. The Digital Media Buyer/Planner role is a full-time M-F position that offers a hybrid work schedule with 1-2 days at home and 3-4 days working in our Lakewood office.

Day-to-day tasks include the following:

  • Create actionable media plans leveraging media briefs, research findings within the digital media landscape
  • Manage the RFP and negotiation processes across client campaigns aligning with outside vendors/partners on campaign goals to ensure placements meet objectives
  • Recommend strategies and manage the day-to-day needs of digital programs, translating client needs to high-performing solutions
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics and make optimization recommendations 
  • Communicate frequently with vendors and partners to maintain continuity in campaign delivery
  • Present campaign performance to client stakeholders while demonstrating a commitment to results
  • Coordinate monthly media billing with the CFO
  • Be informed and current on the digital media landscape and emerging industry trends
  • Bachelor’s degree (four-year college or university) in Communications, Marketing, Business, and/or related field
  • 2+ years of media planning and/or buying experience
  • Knowledge of digital buying landscape
  • High competency with computer and software skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite and Google Drive
  • High proficiency with Excel 
  • Organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects without missing deadlines
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while attending to the needs of clients to continually seek ways to add value to client-agency relationships
  • Willingness to learn and take direction

This internship role is a unique opportunity to work for a firm that emphasizes employee development and presents opportunities for advancement. The intern role is a full-time M-F position that offers a hybrid work schedule with 1-2 days at home and 3-4 days working in our Lakewood office.

Day-to-day tasks include the following:

  • Prepare account service-related documents such as agendas, reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence
